Flow control helps immensely, because it lets you accurately monitor exactly what is happening with your beer. With the simple installation of a flow control meter and an inline lock, you can now secure your beer pouring.
Staff simply log-on at the beer font and they can then dispense any number of drinks required. Then, when your staff member logs on at your POS terminal, those dispensed beverages appear in your system. As you can tell, flow control lets you can track exactly how many millilitres of beverage has been poured by each staff member, compared to exactly how many millilitres of beverage has been charged by each staff member. This allows you to keep ahead of needless wastage, over-pours and even possible pilferage.

At the end of that promotion, it will tell you what products have sold and what sort of profitability that has had.
