HOW TO PROVIDE A DISCOUNT ACROSS ALL CLUB MEMBERS
You may have a number of different membership clubs in your venue, who each have different offers and promotions available to them at any one time.
But what about members who are not in a club? How can they receive a discount?
There is an easy way to do so, the Default Club feature. This feature will effectively apply the specified discount to all members who are not linked to a club. This is a handy tool to enable a blanket discount across all members instead of having to designate a discount for each club. The Default Club can be an existing Club in the database or a new Club can be added for this purpose. The Default Club discount is then assigned per PLU Group.
HOW TO RUN PROMOTIONS FOR CLUB MEMBERS
The Club Promo Feature is a promotional tool which can be utilised on Exceed in conjunction with both Sysnet Members and Zen Global Members.
The principle of the promotion is that the venue is able to nominate a specific quantity of items in a particular group for Members to work their way through.
When they have purchased all items in the group they are eligible to receive a reward/prize from the venue.
As each item is purchased they are removed from the display at the Exceed.
It is also possible to give members a prize as they reach different stages of the promotion for example, as they purchase 10, 15 or 20 items the member will receive a prize as they progress.
This tool is very handy for promotions such as "100 Beers Club" or "Top 50 Wine Club".
