Fresh faced and eager I began at H&L in 2009, excited to enter the workforce and learn as much as I can. Working on the National Help Desk I discovered my love for the hospitality industry and customer service. In 2014 I was lucky enough to be given an opportunity to progress within the H&L family and was offered a position in Administration. This opportunity allowed me to continue making great relationships with frequent callers, and learning more about H&L and our technology. My latest challenge commenced in 2019 when I was approached to take on the responsibility of National Field Support Manager. I'm excited to be given the opportunity to expand on my customer service skills, and learning a vast variety of new skills in the process.
