With 11 years experience in the hospitality industry in varying roles, I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to join the team at H&L. This combined my passion for the industry with my keen interest in technology. Starting at H&L in 2010, I commenced on the help desk at H&L and have progressed my career to a hybrid Technician / Trainer role, and now Account Manager for Victoria. My hospitality experience assists me to work with our customers to maximise their efficiency and improve productivity - all to aid improving their customers' experience and raising GOP. My focus is always customer first and my in depth knowledge of our product and company allows me to offer exceptional customer service.
