H&L Australia has given me the opportunity to combine my interests in both the hospitality industry and technology, allowing me to strengthen my experience in IT and customer service. I have spent the majority of my career working in the hospitality industry, and using the H&L system as an end user has given me a great understanding of what our clients' needs are. This knowledge has provided me with the framework to deliver outcomes and improve experiences in using our software, ultimately benefiting our clients. I began at H&L in 2015 on the help desk team, and have gone from strength to strength since beginning with H&L. I was given the opportunity to manage our booking management software after being the dedicated trainer and support for BooKBooK, and I am now currently the BooKBooK Brand Manager. I am glad to have not only advanced my IT skill set, but I love working with such a supportive team who are forward thinking and dedicated to beneficial client outcomes. I look forward to developing with H&L and contributing to their growth and innovations in the hospitality technology space.
